About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Altis Voyage website or ask Altis Voyage Travel Services Ltd to arrange travel services for you.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message or saving a package to "My Trip" is an enquiry. It does not reserve seats, rooms, permits or any other service, and it does not create a contract. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you in writing after you have accepted a quotation and agreed the payment terms.

Prices and availability

Prices shown on the website are indicative "from" prices. Final prices depend on travel dates, availability, the number of travellers, supplier rates, taxes and exchange rates, and are confirmed in your written quotation. Flight fares and availability are guaranteed only once a ticket has been issued by the airline or an authorised supplier.

Visa and study assistance

We help prepare and review visa and study applications. Decisions on visas, admissions and scholarships are made solely by the relevant governments, embassies, institutions and scholarship providers. We cannot guarantee any outcome. Fees paid to third parties are generally non-refundable if an application is refused.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving accurate information, holding a valid passport and any required visas, vaccinations and travel documents, and checking requirements with official sources before you travel.

Suppliers

Flights, accommodation, tours and insurance are provided by third-party suppliers under their own terms. We share the key conditions with your quotation.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Payment terms, deadlines and cancellation conditions are set out in your quotation and in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. [Owner to confirm.]

Liability

Governing law
